An Initial brief phone consultation is free. Please call to discuss fees for the service you are interested in.
Fees may be paid by cash, check, debit/credit card, or PayPal each session. A Super Bill can be provided monthly. Please read below for details.
I may be able to provide services for your PPO plan as an “out-of-network” provider. Services provided may be covered in full or in part by most insurance or employee benefit plans. For those who wish to use their insurance to pay for services, payment for the session is expected at the time of service. I will provide you with a monthly receipt, or “Super Bill” that has the necessary information to submit to your provider for reimbursement by your insurance company. Most insurance companies will reimburse a percentage of the fees for an out-of-network provider. Check with your insurance company to determine what percentage of fees they will cover.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel, be sure to do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged the full fee.
**Be aware that use of insurance for mental health services requires that the service provider inform the insurance company of a mental illness disorder. This diagnosis will be included in your medical record – there is no guarantee that your insurance provider will maintain the confidentiality of this diagnosis.**
